• Tórshavn

  Tórshavn is the capital and aslo the biggest settlement on the Faroe Island, there are about 12 thousands inhabitans. The town was established in early 10th Century by the Vikings, who had founded the parliament here. All the years stayed their independency, only few years after the WW II. was under the Great Britain supremacy. This area is rife with rainfalls, altough the temperature differences don't  vary much as it is the temperate climate.
